Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how 7 Sultans uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is handled more generally.

When you first visit, a banner tells you that we use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, improve performance and understand how visitors use our services, and offers three choices: Accept All, Reject Optional and Cookie Settings. Whatever you choose, essential cookies are always set because the site cannot work without them; nothing optional is set before you agree to it.

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store and send back on later visits. Cookies let a site remember things between pages — for example that you are signed in — without asking again every time.

“Similar technologies” are other ways of keeping small pieces of information in your browser, such as session storage and local storage. We treat them under the same rules as cookies. Cookies set by the site you are visiting are called first-party cookies; cookies set by another company’s service embedded in the page are third-party cookies.

Essential cookies make the site work and keep it secure. They cannot be switched off in the cookie settings, because without them you could not sign in, the age check would repeat on every page and your cookie choice could not be remembered. They are not used for advertising or to follow you to other websites.

We currently set three essential cookies and one similar item, listed in the table below. The security token that protects our forms is kept on the server inside your sign-in session, so it does not need a cookie of its own.

Functional cookies would remember optional preferences that make the site more convenient, such as your last filter in the casino catalogue. They are not needed for the site to work, so they are off until you allow them.

At present the site sets no functional cookies, even if you allow the category. The catalogue keeps your filter in the page address instead, so you can bookmark or share it. If we add functional cookies later, they will be listed here before they are used.

Analytics cookies help a website count visits and see which pages are useful and which are not. Data of this kind is normally used in aggregate, not to identify a person.

No analytics tools are active on this site at present, so no analytics cookies are set, whatever you choose. If we add an analytics service in the future, it will load only for visitors who have switched the Analytics category on, and the service and its cookies will be named in this policy first.

Marketing cookies are used to measure advertising campaigns and to show offers on other websites based on your visits. Because our site is about gambling, we take particular care here: marketing must never be directed at minors or at people who have chosen a break or self-exclusion.

No marketing or advertising scripts run on this site at present, and no marketing cookies are set. Should that change, these cookies will be used only with your consent to the Marketing category, and they will be listed here beforehand. Separately, you can opt out of marketing emails at any time in your account preferences.

The pages of this site do not load third-party trackers, advertising networks, social media plugins or external analytics. Our fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domain, so visiting a page does not, by itself, send your data to another company.

Links to outside websites — for example the regulator’s register or the support organisations on our Responsible Gambling page — open sites that have their own cookie policies. We do not control those cookies, so please check the policy of each site you visit.

We keep each cookie only as long as it is useful:

• Session cookie (s7_session): deleted when you close the browser; signing out ends the session on the server at once.
• Age answer (age_ok): 365 days if you confirm you meet the age requirement, 30 days if you say you do not, after which the question is asked again.
• Cookie choice (cookie_consent): 180 days. After that, the banner appears again so you can confirm or change your choice.
• Reality-check timer: kept in session storage until you close the tab.

You can delete any of these earlier yourself in your browser settings, as described in the next section.

You can change your choice at any time. Open the cookie settings to switch the functional, analytics and marketing categories on or off, or choose Reject Optional to keep essential cookies only. Your new choice applies straight away and replaces the old one.

Browser controls

Most browsers let you see, block and delete cookies, usually under Settings → Privacy (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) or Settings → Safari → Advanced on iPhone. You can also use a private window, which forgets cookies when it closes. If you block essential cookies, you will not be able to sign in and the age question will reappear on each visit.

Deleting the cookie_consent cookie brings back the banner on your next visit; deleting age_ok brings back the age question.

If you have a question about this policy or about how cookies are used on this website, write to us at support@7sultanscasinoco.slonik.store or use the contact form. We will reply by email.
