Terms and Conditions
The rules for your 7 Sultans account: who can play, how deposits, withdrawals, jackpots and promotions work, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Last updated: October 30, 2026
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using 7 Sultans, including this website, the player account and any casino service offered through it. By opening an account or using the site, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
Please read them before you register. If you do not agree with any part, do not open an account. Gambling involves the risk of losing money, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise of winnings or as a way to earn an income.
Online casino games are for adults aged 18 and over only, and are not offered in Alberta and Ontario. Play only with money you can afford to lose.
Definitions
In these terms the following words have these meanings:
- “7 Sultans”, “we”, “us”, “our” — this website and the casino service run by the operator named in section 3.
- “Operator” — the company that provides the casino service and holds the gaming authorization described below.
- “You”, “player” — a person who uses the site or holds an account.
- “Account” — the personal player account you open through the registration form.
- “Games” — slots, progressive jackpot games, live casino and table games listed in the catalogue.
- “Game provider” — the studio that develops a game and runs its servers, random number generator and jackpot pools.
- “Promotion” and “bonus” — any offer, tournament, leaderboard or credited reward with its own rules.
- “Wagering requirement” — the amount of qualifying play needed before bonus funds or winnings from them can be withdrawn.
Operator Information
The casino service is declared by the reference brand 7Sultans Casino to be operated by:
| Operator | Baytree Interactive Ltd |
|---|---|
| Registration number | 69691 |
| Registered address | Ground Floor, Kingsway House, Havilland Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey |
| Regulator | Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission, Kahnawà:ke, Québec, Canada |
| Authorization | Client Provider Authorization (CPA) 01059, issued August 26, 2026 |
| Status | Claimed by the operator — check the regulator’s public register before you play |
These are the operator and licensing details declared by the reference brand. We recommend checking them on the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission website before you play. This website itself does not hold a gaming licence.
Applicable Jurisdiction
The casino service is offered under an authorization issued by the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission in Kahnawà:ke, Québec, Canada. A Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission authorization is not the same as registration with a provincial regulator: it is not an AGCO / iGaming Ontario registration and not an AGLC (Alberta) licence.
Rules on online gambling differ from province to province. It is your responsibility to make sure that using an online casino is lawful where you live and where you are when you play.
Eligibility
You may open and use an account only if all of the following are true:
- you have reached the minimum age set out in section 6;
- you live in, and are located in, a Canadian province or territory where the service is offered (see section 9);
- you are acting for yourself, not on behalf of someone else;
- you are not self-excluded from gambling with us or under a provincial programme that applies to you;
- you are not an employee of the operator or a game provider, or a close relative of one, where their rules forbid it;
- the information you give us is true, complete and kept up to date.
If we find that any of these conditions is not met, we may suspend or close the account. Funds of an ineligible player are handled as described in sections 11 and 19.
Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years old to register and play. Some provinces set a higher legal gambling age, such as 19; where that applies, the higher age is the one that counts for you.
Your date of birth is checked at registration, and the operator confirms it again during identity verification. If we find that an account belongs to someone under age, it is closed at once, any deposits are returned to the original payment method where possible, and winnings are void. Parents can find blocking tools on our Responsible Gambling page.
Account Registration
To register, you give your first and last name, email address, date of birth, province or territory and a password, and you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. A step-by-step guide is on the How It Works page.
Account rules
- Only one account is allowed per person, and each email address and payment method can belong to one account only. Duplicate accounts may be closed.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account unless it results from our own failure.
- Tell us straight away if you suspect someone else has access to your account.
- Accounts cannot be transferred, sold or shared.
- You can close your account at any time by contacting support; closing an account is not the same as self-exclusion.
Inactive accounts
An account with no sign-ins or play for a long time may be treated as inactive or dormant. If the operator applies any dormancy rules — such as closing an account or charging an administration fee — they will be notified to you in advance by email, giving you time to sign in or withdraw your balance. No such fee or period applies unless it has been notified to you in this way.
Identity Verification
Before a withdrawal, and at any other time required by law or by the operator’s risk checks, you will be asked to verify your identity (often called “know your customer” or KYC). Typical documents are a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
Verification is carried out by the operator at the verification stage. Until it is complete, withdrawals may be held and some features may be limited. Providing false or altered documents is a serious breach of these terms and may lead to the account being closed and reported.
Geographic Restrictions
The service is not offered to residents of, or people located in, Alberta and Ontario. Registration from those provinces is refused, and accounts found to be used from there may be suspended.
In all other provinces and territories, access is subject to local law, and the operator may restrict further regions at any time. Using a VPN, proxy or other tool to hide your location is not allowed. Games are not playable on this website: a signed-in player who opens a game sees a message that it is not available in their region.
Deposits
Deposits are made in Canadian dollars (CAD) through the operator’s cashier. The listed payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, Interac, iDebit, Paysafecard, Bank transfer. Availability can depend on your province, your bank and the operator’s checks.
- Use only payment methods in your own name.
- Minimum and maximum amounts in CAD are shown in the cashier once your account is verified, because they depend on your province, the payment provider and the operator’s rules.
- Any deposit limit you set in your account applies to every method.
- Deposits must be made for play, not to move money between payment methods. Funds deposited and withdrawn with little or no play may be reviewed under section 19.
We do not publish fees here; any fee that applies is shown in the cashier before you confirm a payment.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are requested in the cashier and paid by the operator after your identity is verified. Methods currently listed for withdrawal are Visa, Mastercard, Interac, iDebit, Bank transfer; Paysafecard can be used for deposits only. Where possible, money is returned to the method you used to deposit.
Processing time depends on verification, the payment method and the operator’s checks, so we do not quote fixed times. A withdrawal may be delayed or refused if verification is incomplete, if bonus wagering is not finished, or if there are signs of fraud or breach of these terms. Winnings remain subject to any limits shown in the cashier and the game or promotion rules.
Casino Games
The catalogue lists slots, progressive jackpot games, live casino and table games from third-party game providers. Each game has its own rules, paytable and return-to-player information, which are shown inside the game and prevail over any description on this site.
Results of RNG games are produced by the provider’s random number generator; live games are dealt by real dealers in a studio. A malfunction voids all pays and plays affected by it. If a game is interrupted, the round is settled by the provider’s rules once it can be restored.
Progressive Jackpots
A progressive jackpot grows as a small share of each qualifying stake is added to a shared pool. When the jackpot is won, it is reset to a starting value (the “seed”) set by the game provider and starts growing again. Many games have several tiers, such as mini, minor, major and grand, each with its own pool and trigger.
- Contribution rates, seed values, tiers and triggers are set by the game provider, not by us.
- Jackpot values shown on this site come from the provider’s feed, can be delayed and are for information only. The value in the game at the moment of the win is the one that counts.
- Where the provider’s rules differ from anything on this site, the provider’s rules prevail.
- A malfunction voids any jackpot win it affects.
- There is no guarantee that a jackpot will be won in any period of play or at any stake.
Jackpot games are a game of chance like any other. Higher stakes or longer sessions do not make a win certain — set a budget before you play.
Promotions
From time to time we run promotions such as jackpot spotlight weeks, live table leaderboards and slot tournaments, described on the home page. Each promotion has its own rules, eligibility and end date, shown before you join. Where those rules differ from these terms, the promotion rules apply to that promotion.
- Promotions are open only to verified players aged 18+ in eligible provinces, unless stated otherwise.
- Some promotions require you to opt in; nothing is applied automatically without notice.
- Leaderboards and tournaments are ranked as described in their rules, for example by rounds played.
- We may change, suspend or end a promotion if it is abused or if circumstances outside our control require it; entries already earned will be handled fairly.
- Players on a cooling-off break or in self-exclusion cannot take part.
Bonus Conditions
A bonus is money or free play credited on top of your own deposit. Bonuses usually come with a wagering requirement: before bonus funds, or winnings made with them, can be withdrawn, you must place qualifying bets worth a set multiple of the bonus (or of the bonus plus deposit). The exact amount, multiple, eligible games and time limit are given in each bonus offer — none is set by these general terms.
- Games contribute differently to wagering; some may contribute only partly or not at all.
- A maximum stake per spin or round may apply while a bonus is active.
- Unfinished wagering expires at the end of the stated period, together with the remaining bonus funds.
- You can usually decline or cancel a bonus; cancelling removes the bonus and any winnings from it.
- Bonus abuse, such as multiple accounts or coordinated low-risk betting, voids the bonus and its winnings.
Read the rules of any bonus before you accept it. A bonus never removes the risk of losing your own deposit.
Loyalty Programme
Verified players collect loyalty points from qualifying play and move through the levels Pearl, Amber, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald. Levels depend on points, never on deposits alone. What each level unlocks is set out in the programme rules in your account.
Points and rewards are not credited until they are confirmed in your account. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be removed if they were earned in breach of these terms. You can opt out of loyalty messages at any time. Players on a break or in self-exclusion do not receive loyalty messages.
Responsible Gambling
We want gambling to stay entertainment. Your account includes tools to keep it that way:
- deposit, loss and session limits — lowering a limit applies at once; raising or removing one takes effect after 7 days;
- reality-check reminders every 15, 30 or 60 minutes;
- cooling-off breaks of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days;
- self-exclusion for longer periods (see section 18).
You can find the tools in your account and support contacts across Canada on our Responsible Gambling page. We may contact you, apply limits or suspend play if we see signs that gambling is causing you harm.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a longer break, you can self-exclude for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years from your account settings or by contacting support. During self-exclusion you cannot play, deposit or take part in promotions, and you will not receive marketing.
A self-exclusion cannot be cancelled or shortened before it ends. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn subject to verification. Opening a new account during self-exclusion is a breach of these terms; such accounts will be closed. We also recommend blocking software such as GamBan or BetBlocker, listed on our Responsible Gambling page.
Anti-Money Laundering
The operator must prevent the service from being used for money laundering or terrorist financing. To do so, it carries out identity checks (KYC), may ask for information about the source of your funds, monitors transactions and keeps records for as long as the law requires.
The operator may delay or refuse a transaction, freeze an account and report activity to the relevant authorities where it has reasonable grounds for suspicion. In such cases we may not be allowed to tell you about the report.
Using the account to move money without genuine play, or using funds that are not your own, will lead to the account being closed.
Fraud Prevention
The following are not allowed: multiple or false accounts, using someone else’s payment method, chargebacks on deposits you made, collusion with other players, exploiting software errors, bots or automated play, and any attempt to manipulate a game or promotion.
If we detect fraud, we may void affected bets and winnings, cancel bonuses, close the account and recover losses where the law allows. Suspected fraud may be reported to payment providers and the authorities. If you notice a technical error that works in your favour, please tell support rather than use it.
Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and your rights under Canadian privacy law. Cookies are described in the Cookie Policy.
By opening an account you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in your account.
Liability
The site and the service are provided “as is”. We try to keep information accurate and the site available, but we cannot promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Game descriptions, jackpot values and promotion summaries on this site are for information; the rules inside the game, the cashier and the promotion prevail.
To the extent the law allows, neither we nor the operator are liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as network failures. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Intellectual Property
The 7 Sultans name, logo, design and texts of this website belong to us or our licensors. Game names, artwork, logos and software belong to their game providers and are shown here only to describe the games.
You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, scraping, reselling or reusing content without written permission is not allowed.
Dispute Resolution
If something goes wrong, please contact support first through the contact form or at support@7sultanscasinoco.slonik.store. Give your account email, the date and time, and as much detail as you can, including the game and round where relevant. We will look into it and reply in writing.
If you are not satisfied with the final answer, you can take the complaint to the regulator. The Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission has a player complaint process for complaints about operators it authorizes; information on how to file is on its website.
- Contact support and describe the issue.
- Ask for the matter to be escalated if the first answer does not resolve it.
- Refer the complaint to the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission if it remains unresolved.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator’s authorization from the Kahnawà:ke Gaming Commission, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules of the province where you live.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in force. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still rely on it later.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms when the law, the service or our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be notified to you by email or when you sign in before they take effect.
If you continue to use your account after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you may close your account and withdraw your balance, subject to verification.
