Registration
Opening an account and who it is for.
Select Register and fill in your first and last name, email address, date of birth and province or territory, then choose a password and accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Your account is created at once and you are signed in.
Use your real details: they are checked against your documents before real-money play and withdrawals. The whole journey is explained on How It Works.
You must be at least 18, or older where your province or territory sets a higher gambling age — several provinces set it at 19. The question on your first visit is only an initial check; your date of birth is checked at registration and verified against ID by the operator. Accounts belonging to anyone under age are closed.
Adults who live in a Canadian province or territory where the operator accepts players, who are not self-excluded and who do not already have an account. Registration is not available to residents of Alberta and Ontario.
Eligibility rules are set out in the Terms and Conditions. If you are unsure whether you qualify, ask support before you sign up.
No — one person, one account. Duplicate accounts are closed, and anything gained through them, such as loyalty points, is removed. If you have lost access, use the password reset on the Log in page or contact support rather than opening a second account.
Verification
Identity, age and location checks.
Verification confirms that you are of legal age, that the account really belongs to you and that payments are not connected to fraud or money laundering. The operator must complete it before real-money play and before any withdrawal is paid.
It protects you as well: nobody else can open an account or withdraw money in your name.
Typically a valid government-issued photo ID — passport, driver’s licence or provincial ID card — and a recent proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement. For some payment methods you may also be asked to show that the card or account is in your name.
The operator tells you exactly what is needed when it asks. Documents are used only for verification, as described in our Privacy Policy; never send them in reply to an unexpected email you cannot trace back to us.
You declare your province or territory at registration, and it must be one where the operator accepts players. That declaration is then checked against your proof of address during verification. Our site does not ask your browser for its location.
If games are not available where you are, you will see a message saying so when you try to open one.
Casino Games
What is in the catalogue and how it works.
The catalogue lists 125 games: 59 slots, 24 progressive and Hold & Win jackpot games, 27 live dealer tables and 15 RNG table games such as blackjack, roulette and baccarat. Every game card shows its studio and category, and you can search by name or studio.
Each spin is decided by a random number generator inside the studio’s game, and earlier spins have no effect on the next one. The paytable, features and return to player (RTP) are shown in the game’s information screen. RTP is a long-run average over a huge number of spins, not a forecast for your session, so expect to lose money over time and set a budget before you start. Browse the slots.
Live dealer games stream a real table from a studio in real time: a dealer deals the cards or spins the wheel while you place bets on screen. The catalogue includes live blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows, each labelled with the studio that runs it. See the live casino section.
No. There is no free-play mode on this site. Games are listed for information, and when a signed-in player opens one, a message explains that the game is not available in your region at the moment. In that case you can contact technical support or try again later.
The site works in any up-to-date mobile browser on iPhone and Android, with no app to install. Your account, limits and breaks are the same on every device, so a limit you set on your laptop also applies on your phone.
Progressive Jackpots
How pools grow and what to expect.
A progressive jackpot is a prize pool that grows as players stake on the games linked to it, until someone triggers it and it resets to a starting value. Some pools are shared across many casinos, others belong to a single game. They can become very large, but the chance of hitting one on any spin is very small.
A small part of each qualifying stake goes into the pool. Depending on the game, the jackpot is triggered by a special symbol combination, a bonus wheel or a random draw, and some games have several tiers. Each game explains its trigger, tiers and whether the stake size affects your chance in its rules screen.
No. A jackpot amount is a live figure that changes with every stake and every win, so we do not publish amounts on this site. The current value is shown only inside the game, and the game’s own rules decide what is paid. Never play a jackpot game expecting to win it.
Open Progressive Jackpots in the catalogue, or choose Jackpots from the main menu. There are currently 24 jackpot games, and you can narrow them down by studio or search by name.
Promotions
Offers, codes and their conditions.
Current promotions are Jackpot Spotlight Week, Live Table Series and Sultan’s Slot Tournament. They are listed on the home page with eligibility and end dates, and are open to verified players aged 18+ in eligible provinces. Each promotion is informational until you read its terms and opt in where required.
Our current promotions do not use codes: you join from your account where an opt-in is required. If a code is ever offered, the code, where to enter it and its validity period will be stated in that promotion’s terms. Codes from unofficial websites are not valid, and accounts on a break cannot use promotions.
A wagering requirement is the amount you must stake before funds from a bonus can be withdrawn, usually expressed as a multiple of the bonus. Games can contribute at different rates. Any requirement is stated in the terms of the specific offer; read the Terms and Conditions and the promotion’s own terms before you accept anything.
Loyalty Programme
Levels and how points are earned.
A points programme with 5 levels: Pearl, Amber, Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald. Levels are reached by points from qualifying play, never by the size of your deposits. What each level offers is set out in the programme rules in your account before it applies, and you can opt out of loyalty messages at any time.
Points are earned on qualifying games, starting from your first one after verification. The rate per game type and the games that do not count are listed in the programme rules. Your level and point balance are shown in My account; accounts on a cooling-off break or self-exclusion do not take part.
Payments
Methods, deposits and withdrawals.
Deposits can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Interac, iDebit, Paysafecard and bank transfer. Withdrawals are available with Visa, Mastercard, Interac, iDebit and bank transfer; Paysafecard is for deposits only. Minimum and maximum amounts in CAD are shown in the cashier once your account is verified, because they depend on your province, the payment provider and the operator’s rules.
For a deposit, choose a method in your own name, enter an amount in CAD and confirm; your deposit limit is checked first. Withdrawals are requested to a verified method in your name, usually the one you deposited with, and are paid only after identity verification. Processing depends on the method and the operator’s checks, and the cashier shows what applies to you.
Responsible Gambling
Limits, breaks and help.
In My account you can set deposit and loss limits in CAD and session limits in minutes, each per day, week or month, and turn on reality-check reminders. Lowering a limit applies at once; raising or removing one waits 7 days while the current limit stays in force. More on the Responsible Gambling page.
Open My account → Take a break or self-exclude, choose 6 months, 1 year or 5 years, confirm and start. It applies at once, cannot be reversed early, closes games and promotions and stops marketing. If you cannot sign in, email support@7sultanscasinoco.slonik.store from your registered address. For a shorter pause, a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days is also available.
